As Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Ms. Kilroy is responsible for the development of the corporate strategy to develop a behavioral health ecosystem through partnerships and acquisitions to drive the growth of Genomind.

Prior to Genomind, Ms. Kilroy has a long history as a healthcare leader with executives including Senior Vice President of Provider Strategy for Optum Accountable Care, Vice President of Strategy and Acquisitions, Healthcare for Cognizant Technology Solutions and CEO of Bolder Healthcare Solutions, a Cognizant Company. Cynthia was founder of CCK Consulting, a strategic advisory company for health care provider and payer organizations, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and private equity companies. Here, she specialized in re-configuring markets and helping companies navigate the transition to digital healthcare and compete on health system value.

Cynthia is active in numerous industry and community organizations. She currently serves as a strategic advisor to Decode Healthcare and Siris Medical. She served as a Board Member of St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco, leading the strategic planning committee.

Education
Cynthia received her MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business with a certification in Health Sector Management. She is a graduate of DeSales University with a degree in Computer Science.
